Coast

I love the coast - from the wild shores of Galway and County Mayo and the Turner-esque seas of the Kent coastline; the Dorset coves, the sandy bays of Devon and the rugged, mythical Cornish shores to the sweeping coast of South Wales with white horses dancing in the surf. I only need the smallest of excuses to be there and the lure of good food... fresh oysters at the Oyser Shack on Bantham Creek, Crab at the Beach Hut at South Milton, Fish & Chips at the Tudor Tea-Rooms in Whitstable.... Forget those fancy city hot houses, some of the best food you'll ever eat comes from our coastal cafes and beach huts - fresh and local and still tasting of the sea.
